Picnic tables stand on a gravel patio at the Reel Inn

Title

Picnic tables stand on a gravel patio at the Reel Inn

Description

Picnic tables with red-checkered tablecloths stand on a gravel patio at the Reel Inn seafood restaurant at 18661 PCH. Fish artwork and colorful surfboards decorate the fence. String lights illuminate the space. On the hill is Jerry Cibilich's sculpture "Crystal Radio Antenna."

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Los Angeles County closed restaurants until May 29, 2020. Indoor dining (with limited capacity and many restrictions) was soon banned on July 1, 2020, and outdoor dining was banned on November 25, 2020, because of a rise in infections.
