Topanga Beach graffiti tells surfers to "Go to Sunset"

Graffiti on the stairs tells beginning surfers to "Go to Sunset." Mounds are piled by the Topanga Beach lifeguard tower for a sand replenishment project. The rocks are out at low tide.
