Surf filmmaker Jamie Budge wears a suit and holds his 16mm Bolex camera in a pose reminiscent of a Prohibition-era gangster holding a Tommy gun. This was a publicity photo for the unaired pilot of Budge's TV show "Wide World of Surfing." His films include "The Living Curl" (1965) and "The Californians" (1967, 2010). Greg MacGillivray previously used this camera to film "Cool Wave of Color" (1964).
