Oka Stewart's ham radio card, W6CAR

Oka Stewart was a ham radio operator. During World War II, he relayed messages from service men and women all over the USA. He was also useful to firefighters during the many fires in Topanga. He had a portable unit in his car and could relay messages from many areas.
